Meet Jackson, Alex, and Ryan Wade, three brothers living on Cumberland Station, a vast sheep property in the Australian Outback. They’re single, rugged, and self-sufficient, but their isolated life takes a dramatic turn when Emily arrives in the town of Red Rock and opens a bookstore.
Emily’s real purpose is a representative of a company that wants to mine their land for resource extraction. As she settles into the local community, she becomes embroiled with the Wades lives, and they begin to uncover secrets about her and her past.
As the Wades get closer to the truth, they realise their isolated life is not as safe as they imagined. Emily, meanwhile, is delving into the Wades’ enigmatic background and she finds herself entangled in a web of danger and desire.
Struggling with her loyalty to her company and her growing feelings for Jackson, Emily uses her knowledge of the company’s inner workings to help the brothers save their land and legacy.
Initially, Jackson distrusts his deep attraction towards Emily, but he sees her in a new light as she works to help them protect their land.
Will Emily find a new sense of purpose and belonging with the brothers and the community of Red Rock?
Will Jackson step up and confront his feelings for Emily?
