One more read over and it's finalised. Phew. After receiving edits back from Susan Valerie Hayward with some suggestions about the plot, and a few things that weren't too clear, it's looking pretty good.
I want to thank everyone who was involved with this manuscript. It's been a journey. Oh the emotion tears me up. lol. A story about a woman, someone like you or me whose child is abducted. An emotional roller coaster when secrets unfold, and the truth is finally revealed.
Wow! Another edge-of-my-seat read! For me, Cold Fear is all about the cold rush of
terror I can only imagine when facing a living nightmare. Facing – and
surviving – the unimaginable. You write with such intensity that I have to believe
you’re feeling everything both Savannah in Outback
Fear and Macy in Cold Fear are
experiencing.---Susan Valerie Hayward.
BLURB
Macy Donavan
battles a terrifying nightmare to protect her two-year-old daughter, Faith from
an intruder, and is knocked unconscious.
When she regains consciousness, her daughter is missing.
As the police widen
their futile search, Macy struggles to pick up the pieces of an unimaginable
life. Urged to take a break she heads to an isolated cabin with a girlfriend to
recuperate so she can continue searching, only to face her worst nightmare—
times ten.
Trapped by a man she
believed dead, he demands she play a game.
She runs, he
hunts. There is no place to hide.

I can't wait for this one. I hear you are doing more romantic suspense novels. I love rural romance, oh outback romance, same thing isn't it.
Tarnya.
Congrats - love the cover!
Hi Tarnya,
My tag is remote, so that suggests Outback, or remote areas of Australia. Yes, it is rural as well. I'm loving this next one. :) More romance, and the suspense flows along nicely if I may say so. Well, at least I hope. lol. :)
Hi Kez,
I love the blue shading against the black.
The little girl is so alike to my character, Faith, as is the mother. I'm very happy with it.
Wonderful news. I'm looking forward to the great read I know it will be.
