Yes, it's Helene Young's new Novel. Yah.... Half Moon Bay. I can't wait to read it, although it was purchased to start reading next Thursday. (for a reason I'm sure you'll find out later) :) I'm having a hard time keeping myself from having a peek. I bet by the time the weekend is out I'll have read some. I can't help myself. lol... After all, I love Romantic Suspense, and Helene's novels.
Hopefully just looking at the cover will be suffice for now. lol... :)

Seeking bluer skies
I thought I'd look for bluer skies this morning and headed into Port Macquarie. It wasn't too cool but as I left it appeared as though it was going to bucket down. Heading back home to bluer skies was so lovely. lol. Also see the small island off Oxley beach. That's the island I'm going to swim to and back again. I don't know when but I'll keep you posted. I've wanted to swim to that island for a few years now. So it's on my to do list. :)
This is Oxley beach.
Heading home again. See the hint of blue. Yah. :)
I live over the other side of that scrub. Almost home. :)
Now off to write now that my minds refreshed. :) Have a good day.

Out and about up North.
The Kempsey bypass bridge opened in March, and I've travelled along it a few times now. It does cut the trip short when going up north. Apparently it's Australia's longest bridge of 14.5 kilometres. I snapped some shots. They give some idea of the marshland the bridge covers as well as the Mackay river.
Also this photograph was taken a few weeks back. It's my favourite of a small Kangaroo family.
They are so lovely, although dangerous. I think they are dangerous only when threatened. Who wouldn't be? Imagine a human being coming up and pointing, chatting in damn oweeiehowwwohhhh language and cooing out. It'd put anyone on guard. lol. Have a go at the baby. Isn't he cute? Love him. lol...

Off back to tackle the draft of a manuscript. It's raining today. Cold, grey, and miserable. A good day for writing. Take care. :)

Goodreads
I've been named as an Author to Watch on
Good reads and I'd love for your vote. Although 191 it would be nice to pop up
a few ranks. Thank you if you can and if you can't well that's okay too. :) :)

While this is great, I should get moving and prepare one of my manuscripts to send to the editor, shouldn't I? Outback Fear is doing well, and I need to get organised to get this next one started as well. I am sort of but there are always delays.
Write in June is almost upon us, and while so much is happening at present I'm still aiming at getting the 50.000 words done in 30days. :)
My Facebook pages have been busy lately, so if you're not on fb you may miss out on something extra special, or general news you won't see on here. I'd love to see some of you there. Okay, must go. I've got a day of writing ahead. Enjoy your day, and be good. :)
