I'm certain there is a ghost haunting my blog. lol. My posts are missing again. They are not in the blogger dashboard thingo. I had this trouble some time ago, I don’t know what happens.
I have just sent ‘Heat in the Outback’ edits off to the editor and it's now gone to the copyeditor. I have one last time to go over it. I am also still enjoying Margie Lawson's course, Empowering Character Emotions.
What I'm going to do now is do some research for another novel that I have almost finished. It needs a few more drafts. I need to check that all plot ends are tied up, and that everything makes sense.
This story is about one woman's journey who is suffering retrograde amnesia. She is also is a pilot. She rescues the man she loves from an aircraft accident deep within the mountainous ranges of the Australian Outback.
Did you know that there are eight or more different types of amnesia. I am finding it so interesting. I've also found out something startling, but I can't say now, as it is needed when I finally find a home for this manuscript. I'm enjoying writing this one, it's a romantic suspense. :)
Okay, sleep now,

The Moral of Never Giving Up. :)
This was sent to me recently, and I found it so true. I thought I'd share. Also I have just finished my first assignments for Margies course. Phew!
Moral:
A man dug an opal shaft. He spent fourteen years chasing the elusive black opal. He got some opals but not his prize. One day he decided he had enough and sold his claim.
The new owner, got into it straight away. Down the shaft/tunnels and commenced digging. He dug 30cm into a wall and noticed some good colour/shine. So he dug some more and there it was, a two and a half million dollar black opal.
The moral of this true story is never give up. Your treasure is only moments away.
So how cool is that. I loved it. Never give up! I must remind myself sometimes. lol :)
Food for thought. Did you know that a black opal isn't just a black one. It is any opal with a darker tinge to it. We learn something everyday. :)

I got into Margie Lawson's Class, Empowering Character Emotions. So that is really cool. I'm looking forward to it so much. It goes from 1st March to the 26th March. So I expect I'll be busy this coming month with writing and writing related tasks. YAH! :) I just love being busy. lol
Therefore, if I'm not around you'll know why.
Have a great week writing, reading or whatever you are doing and enjoy!

It's the first of the month, and the winners have been drawn for my February Competition. Two winners will be sent a copy of my novel, Passion In Paradise. I finally found the automatic random generator after searching for quite a while. I was going to choose someone but thought it would be fairer using the generator.
The first winner is Lija. Could you please email me with your mailing address so I can get your copy into the post as soon as possible. The second winner is Amanda Parkinson. Please email me with your mailing details.
I want to thank the everyone for the many entries received. If you didn't win, and would still like a copy, they are available for purchase on The Wild Rose Press website or for Aussie residents on my website. Thank you for your entries.
