Synopsis Writing

Urk....can't you hear me screaming from where you sit? The dreaded synopsis. At one stage earlier on in my writing career I could write them, well, at least nothing was said about them in a bad way. Now I'm trying to write a synopsis according to these guidelines---

A 2-5 page synopsis that details character development, plot, conflict and story resolution.

Well it looks easy, but I really battle with getting it all down. It's the character development that is getting in the way. I have a synopsis written, with plot, conflict and resolution. I have to add the character development. lol.............. It will happen I guess. I know that it's how the characters develop throughout the story, what they have learnt, and the outcome.

Okay, off to try to have another go at it. :) I'll give it to a crit partner and see what she thinks. lol.. Poor girl. :)
