Christmas Baking

Phew, the cake is baked. Tomorrow it is pudding day. Every year I bake my grandmother's traditional Christmas pudding and cake. I owe it all to her. Her little tips and words of wisdom have been a tremendous help through out the years.

See for yourself. What do you think? Is it passable. lol. :)

I'll be back later on in the week with my Christmas Pudding. Then after that the lights in my yard. :) I have a roast cooking so should get back to it.

Until then keep safe and smile. :)

Wow! I think your grandmama would be very proud, Suz. I'm envious of your skill!

I'm off to do the rum balls.

lol.... well I can't and haven't got the faintest idea how to do rum balls. Only had them once.

Thank you for your compliements. Phew. I pass.

The pudding is in the pot. Mind you, it's the lobster pot I use to use when diving. Nothing like fresh lobster. It comes in handy for lots of things. :)
