Fruit Cake-Tuesday 15th pm

Time for a cappuccino. It's knock off time.
Well after a glorious long weekend, it was back to the drawing board today with a total word count of 26.842 in ten writing days. I'm again bushed, but hey I'm enjoying the challenge immensely.

A call from the other half said, "I was looking forward to your fruit cake." Statement came over the weekend when we came home from a lovely dinner.

Oh yes, can you imagine that? My writing, my cleaning, washing, keeping visitors entertained, and the other hand whipping up a more fruit cakes. lol...

So guess what, it's in my schedule this week to make a fruit cake. It really doesn't take long. It's the thinking about it that does. lol...

I'm calling it a day, well there's still time later to check out websites and blogs. But cooking dinner. I suppose I should. Dum de dum.. afer all, I have to eat as well I guess, and I don't want to lose weight. Hey guess what you chocoholics, I actually ate, get this:

ONE WHOLE BOX OF AFTER DINNER MINTS lol

before our guests arrived for the long weekend, so we had to buy more. Hubby said what happened to them.. lol I answered, in my tummy. My tummy just had to have them. lol.. but hey, after all these years, I didn't mind that tiny slice of chocolate melted over mint. It's quiet yummy isn't it? :) So are you proud of me. :) Yah! I might be joining the chocoholics anonymous club. lol So am I cool now, that I have acquired a small taste for chocolate. :)

Anyhow, how is everyone going with their word count. I guess I should get on over to the google group to find out. :)

Until next time, take care and be good, well as good as you understand the word.

Suzanne :) Who is thinking an after dinner mint, sounds just what she wants and a piece of fruit cake would go down well with my cappuccino.

Actually I was just thinking, that word count better get up to reach my goal by the end of the month. Oh, that's right there's plenty of time when you are sleeping. :)

Yay on the word count. IMHO fruit cake is a necessity when writing so much. A girl has to get her sugar rush from somewhere...Caroline x
